This international finance company has created a new role within their Reinsurance Division to manage a team of 15 people. The ideal candidate will have a sound track record of managing a minimum of 5 staff, with experience of recruitment, appraisals and setting of targets and their review. In addition you will need to have a good understanding of either the Sales Ledger or Credit Control functions. This is an excellent role to further develop your man management skills, whilst managing a key function for the company. You will need to ensure high value invoices are paid within agreed time limits and that all invoices raised are accurate, to prevent queries and payment delays. Due to the high volumes of money involved targets set must be realistic but monitored closely to ensure they are achieved. Interviews will take place over the next week, so applications need to be received as soon as possible.
